Becoming a Rainmaker Mama
Our This is a very common question, but to answer it properly we need to first talk about expectations.
If you asked me this in person, I might ask you back, what does success mean to you?
I know for John Maxwell, he says success means having those closest to him love and respect him the most.
For him, it has nothing to do with business accolades or money (although he has those too). If he accomplished everything he wanted in business but his family despised him, that’s not success in his eyes.
So for you, before we share a bit about some metrics from our community that some might consider “success”, I would take a second to ponder the deeper question.
Is it a financial goal?
Is it reaching a certain number of followers on Instagram?
Is it learning a new skillset like how to launch an online physical product brand?
Or maybe it’s something deeper?
Maybe success is doing something for you for once?
Maybe success is showing your kids the ups and downs of chasing after your dreams?
We can’t define it for you, however, we are committed to walking with you toward it, whatever it looks like for you.
With all that considered, let’s talk metrics.
We’re super nerds for data and metrics over here at The Rainmaker Family.
And if you could see our custom-built dashboards and the behind-the-scenes tech of how we track our student’s progress, you’d be floored.
We truly believe it’s industry-leading and no one else in the coaching world is doing what we’re doing.
For example, we mapped out the entire student journey, from signup to launching multiple brands online.
The minute someone joins our Mastermind, an invisible timer starts ticking.
That student’s “card” comes into our tracker system and it’s green, which means they’re in momentum and progressing.
However that timer is ticking and we know exactly how long it should take them to get to the next milestone, or step in the journey.
Everyone is different, some people get to milestone 2 within a day, others take weeks, but based on averages we know what we would consider “green”.
If they exceed that timeline, they go YELLOW in our system, and then if another week or so goes by, they go RED.
This allows our Client Success team to log in every day. Quickly see what students they are assigned to helping progress, and right away see who’s struggling.
We don’t wait for people to get to RED before they’re being leaned into with help, resources, reaching out and more.
Our goal is to keep people in the green, as much as we can.
Ultimately, we can only do so much in an online coaching format. Some people are unreachable and totally “ghost” us! But we want to do everything we possibly can to keep our students in momentum.
Transparently, as of writing this, we have around 80% of people in the GREEN, around 12% in the YELLOW and 8% in the RED.
This fluctuates daily, however we wanted to share a snapshot so you can see how serious we treat keeping our community in momentum.
Now what about the money?
For a lot of people, success = making money.
And when we share the following, it’s important to focus on possibilities rather than guarantees. Just because someone else did it, does not mean you will do it. There are no guarantees in business, and we can provide you with world-class training, coaching, and accountability, however, everyone has unique situations and different starting points and thus results vary.
In just the past quarter, our community launched an average of 2-3 new products daily.
Among these product launches, 83 individuals shared proof of $100+ in daily sales, and 24 surpassed $1,000+ in daily sales.
While we’re incredibly proud of these milestones, they represent exceptional outcomes as even learning and executing a product launch is an incredible feat to celebrate.
We also give out awards in our community. These are awards (we pay for) to celebrate our students’ milestones. This also helps us track when people are reaching different milestones worth celebrating, like their first $100 day, or first six-figure year. To claim these milestones, they need to submit proof with screenshots of their revenue dashboards.
In 2024 we had a new person cross that first $100 day (we call this the “Benjamin Club”) every 1.8 days on average. This means on average, every two days or so we have another student who has their first $100 day, exciting! In 2024 we had 201 entrepreneurs in our community reach this milestone and claim this award.
For our $1000 day award (we call this the “Grand Rainmaker Award” the average is every 6.4 days, so about once per week we have a new person reaching this milestone. We had 57 of those families this year!
For our Six Figure Family Award, which we send out when someone shows us proof of their first $100,000 sales in their business, we have someone crossing that milestone every 11.7 days on average in 2024. This is down from 14.2 days in 2023, which means the “success rates” in The Rainmaker Family are only increasing. Our goal is to get this down to every day, wouldn’t that be amazing! It’s important to note these milestones are exceptional and not guaranteed, you can see it clearly from the numbers shared above. Financial results require focus, effort, and time, and outcomes can vary based on many factors.
Again, we keep putting “success” in quotes because how you define it truly matters. You could chase all our awards but also run your life into the ground in the process, and I think we both could agree, that wouldn’t be considered a “success”. This is why we do so much work on the WHOLE person in The Rainmaker Family. Nurturing mindsets that’ll serve you for years to come, and dealing with the hard stuff when it comes up in this process of transformation.
Often the roots need to be nurtured before you see the “fruits” of your transformation. If they haven’t been, often the money or “success” will just amplify the dysfunction or unhealthy patterns and one can end up right back where they started.
We could go on and on about all the things we track in an attempt to create a world-class coaching experience for you when you go through our Mastermind program, however, we want to ensure you’re hearing our hearts behind all this.
If you’re just chasing a dollar sign, Rainmakers is probably not the right community for you.
